The design team lead by renowned architect Jerry Dewitt set out to build a signature Daniel Island Park home capturing the influence of 300 hundred years of Charleston’s historic architecture combined with the best of 21st century modern amenities.  European influences also played a role in the home’s design. The team took over a year to finalize the design. Special attention was paid to color, scale, form and use. Certain details were studied and debated with well-researched specialists for months or longer. The builder David Poole dedicated himself exclusively to this project for almost two years. The result is a timeless home that is considered among the pride of Charleston’s new homes.
